Analysing the current experience

Before the research,

I conducted a market analysis survey of the leading cash register software.

In all the interfaces I investigated,
there is no reference to managing a personal area,
the software is not clear to
the user,

and is presented in high language,

And the look is outdated and unfriendly.

Nearly 100 cashiers responded to an online survey

that helped me identify with these users,

Understand their challenges and weaknesses against the various programs, and try to bring them the most effective solutions for them.
