An app designed to help school bus escorts manage
their daily rides and report student pick-ups and drop-offs
Designing within
development constraints
The main challenge was to create an intuitive and accessible app
for users aged 20–60, while working within strict development limitations.
goal
Redesign the escort transportation app to create a clear, simple, and user-friendly experience that makes it easy for escorts to report each student’s pickup and drop-off
overcoming the complexity and confusion of the previous version.
The original app
The original app lacked proper UX design and had only basic visuals.
Its poor usability led most users to abandon it shortly after launch.
