The project was paused at the start of the UI phase due to budget limitations.
An app designed to help school bus escorts manage
their daily rides and report student pick-ups and drop-offs
Background
The main challenge was to create an intuitive and accessible app
for users aged 20–60, while working within strict development limitations.
Designing within
development constraints
The original app lacked proper UX design and had only basic visuals.
Its poor usability led most users to abandon it shortly after launch.

Redesign the escort transportation app to create a clear,
simple, and user-friendly experience that makes it easy
for escorts to report each student’s pickup and drop-off
overcoming the complexity and confusion of the previous version.
